slightly elevated AST & ALT but healthy

I recently had blood work and found i have an AST of 53 and ALT of 66
I feel i am an extremely healthy person, and don't see the need to have these numberes checked out.

I did have a SEVERE case of food poisioning or some kind of gastro/intestinal bug for a whole 7 days that ended only 2 days prior to my testing.   I was very dehydrated with constant diahrreah and little food for that time.   Could that be the cause of my abnormal results?  At the time of the tests the nurse stated that this would not affect my results,  but i was so sick that i find it hard to believe that it didn't have any affect.
