small blockage bowels

i am having moderate pain in my right side under my rib cage i was hospitalized 2 days ago with a blockage and was severely constipated up to my chest cavity. i cant poop any more there black and tar like and it hurts every time what should i do any doctors that can help would be greatly appreciated as i have a fear of hospitals.
