so tired

I had my gallbladder removed just about two weeks ago. And my cuts are healing well. But I have been having this pain right in the middle of under my rib cage. It's a sharp pain with pain of pressure, but I have taken the pain medication the doctor gave me but it doesnt seem to help. Could it be like what my friends / family say? That it could be the scaring in the inside? It just doesnt seem to get less painful. And its just right there in the middle of where my incision is but my incision doesnt hurt. Can anyone give me any suggestions?
