You truly need to see your doctor about this.  Early intervention with anything is always best.  You're young so it's probably not anything serious, but get it checked for your own peace of mind.  I know that you know how bad smoking is, and being young you think nothing can happen to you.  So did my husband, and he has so many health problems due to his smoking and he truly regrets having ever started smoking.  His health problem showed up 30 years AFTER he quite smoking!  Your lungs begin to heal themselves immediately, but your cardiovascular damage is forever.  Take care..
