sour stomach, gas

Put simply:

After I eat, then for no more than a few hours, I get a sour stomach and gas.  After a three day fast of water only to eliminate food allergies by a slow introduction one by one --  I broke the fast with some juice first, and immediately my stomach started churning and I had gas.  It seems to come and go for periods of time.  In the worst case there is also dizziness.

The complication:

I was living in California and a crazy Asian I was dating blew up saying "I will give you my ****" and that "I poisoned you with something to cause you to go insane".   This was when it first started.  I attributed it to stress, but now is obviously something more.  Other members of my family also seem to be affected.

Past Treatment:

I took an antibiotic course for H. Pyroli.   I felt great after a few days with no symptoms, but when the course ended the problem came right back.  Another doctor had given me a little yellow 'de-worming' pill - I felt 10 pounds lighter after two days - lot more energy no symptoms, but after four days the problem was as before.  I apologize I don't remember the name of it, but I did look it up on the Internet at the time and discovered it was being banned (maybe that helps someone identify it).

I already know 'go see a doctor' -- but that advice has not helped. It seems I am not being taken seriously.
