In the last week I have been having what feel like small little twiches or spasms in my abdomin (abdomen) aound the belly button area. They feel like muscle originated and feel like they are just beneath the skin. The spasm feels like a minor contraction of a small stomach area muscle. Anything to watch for? When I am aware of them they are several per minute with no pain or discomfort, just never had this before.
