started new diet today and am really gassy. need help
My dr told me to start eating more fruits veggies and fiber to help with the constipation I experience from ibs. Today I started eating what she told me. I had an apple and a bannana and some activia yogurt. I also had some fiber cereal. Now I'm incredibly gassy. Is this normal when eating these foods? And if so what can I do to find some relief? Its incredibly annoying to constantly have to pass gas
This is normal. Your doctor should have told you to take it slowly. If you suddenly pile all this stuff into your system, it is too much for your body to handle. I would recommend slowing down the amount of fiber you are consuming, and increase slowly. Gas
