stomach discomfort

i am 19 yrs old guy it has been one and half years i have stomach problem and i was suffered from hepatitis as well but some time i feel that its just on my mind i dont have any disease coz i have already took too much medicine is it my mental thought or its my stomach problem and sometimes i feel like short pain below my liver area so what shell i do?
