I have been taking Prilosec for 10 years with out a problem. Now I have elevated blood pressure, and my GERD is back in full force. I also had a low white blood count (3.8). Any ideas of what this could be? Thanks

Welcome to the gastroenterology community! Do you have any of the risks for hypertension? You could try switching to a different PPI as sometimes this will help GERD that has returned. Your white blood count is just barely low and I don't think it is anything to worry about.
