stomach lining

An irridologist with many years experience told me my stomach lining was damaged, my stomach was swolen and I had a small hole in it too. I had been taking many vitamins for about 10 years, otherwise I do not take meds regularly, I do have gas probs. at night, otherwise I am healthy.  I have since changed to mostly natural supplements and take very few vitamins, just vit. C  (and zinc for acne).  Do you think it was too many vitamin pills?  Will this heal on its own or do I need more tests and treatment?

Most people with ulcers have h. pylori infection.  You should be tested for that at the very least.  When was the last time you saw a doctor for this problem?

Yes it could be vitamins.You should avoid stress and get yourself tested for PYLORi bacteria.I am sure the doctor tested you for this germ.
