stomach pain after eating

Any idea why i will get bad stomach pain (stabbing) after eating. And then i will feel the need to make a bowel movement.
I also used to be able to put my laptop (it's not very heavy. it's a macbook pro), but now it's too painful to bear and weight on my stomach.

Any ideas?

i have simular pains but its all on one side (right ) i sholder, arm ribs but at the bottom and feel a bit sick i have been gettin shooting pains it kills and my arm feels akey fied, i have had this problem since i was 16 and a half went 2 the docs and they gave me parcetomal i kept going back and they said u need 2 just take the course of medication and we will give u something differant i could not handle it over a year and a half now i have been on and of with pain constapation i also nw have ear ake and head akes now and again but its all on 1 side i am now 18 and i went 2 the walkin centre and they was not happy with my doctor i have been lots of times 2 my doctors and they need 2 send you to the hospital 4 a scan or to put a camera down my throte! I have got 2 now make an appointment tmz with my doctor im so mad is it irregular at my age? I dont no what todo if any 1 has any inf it would be most greatfull my name is chantelle

It could be anything from an ulcer to your gallbladder.  I suggets you see a doctor for evaluation and go from there.
