stomach pain associated with back pain

I am a 38 year old female with no health problems.  I have attacks in the stomach area  (solar plexis) that radiates through to the back.  It is an internal pain.  I have had an MRI, Cat scan, upper and lower GI , ultrasound and a colonoscopy done.   The doctors had no idea what is causing this pain, but it is excruciatingly painful.  They gave me a script for perks, and said retest in 6 months.  The pain in not constant, it is present for a day here or there,  weeks or even months apart. I now have to take 2 perks to even get rid of the pain.  They told me next time it happens to come in while it is happening, well I did that, and my doctor was off that day so they sent me home. And yes I have gone to the hospital too.   The pain doesnt radiate to the left of right, it is straight from front to slightly upper back.  It feels like a burning or tearing it's not a sharp pain here or there or a pulsing pain.     It is not heartburn, I've tried that route too. I have it again now, I took a perk and 3 hours later it was back, obviously because it never left.  I am sick of masking the pain, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I occasionally get stomach pain mid stomach. It starts off dull sort of a burning sensation that gets worse an worse radiates to mid back. Some times the pain makes me nauseous. When I get this pain the only position that seems to help is on my knees with chest touching floor bum in the air lol I must look a sight. when that doesn't help I lightly pat my fists on my back this helps.it usually happens after I eat but I can't pin point what sets it off sounds the same as you please let me know what you find out. Ps also sometimes after one of these attracts I have upset stomach not always

this past summer i went 6 months without it!,,,all summer long,,then it started back up...
weard!
i dont notice any patterns, other then they symptom patterns.
every thing i have looked into all has same basic symptoms too!,,thats very hard to pinpoint things,,,like i said though,,the only thing that realy pops up when you check into the pain in the upper abdomen that radiates to the back is gullbladder or pancreas...
check out sphincter of oddi dysfunction..cealic disease..where you cant eat wheat and stuff like that.
i just dont know anymore, and without thousands of dollars,or great insurance they will let you die in this country.

Everything I have looked at point to that as well. Like you, no weight loss, vomiting etc.   My pain lasts for  at least 8 hours when it happens.  I also have no stones.  I have watched my diet,  to see what I am eating when an attack happ[ens.  It is very different each time.  Not fatty foods.  I had an attack after a salad.   I know I keep referencing food, it usually happens and hour or two after I eat.  I can still drink, eat, breath etc.  These last two times, I feel I have more gas, and buriping.  I almost wonder if it's an allergic reaction to something I am eating. But again nothing in the food diary points to anything specific.  Also, this will sounds strange.   I want to associate this to my menstrual cycle. Not in that is comes every month, but when it does come, It seems it's a day or 2 before my period. I actually have to watch this more to find out.  Another strange thing is it happens more frequently in the Winter.  I don't think I have had an attack in the Summer for over the last 2 years.

i personaly have looked up all i can about this weard terrible pain i get on and off,and the only thing that always pops up when you google pain that is there and spreads to your back that comes and goes is the pancreas,,,aka,,,pancreatitis!,,,
i judt dont get it,,i have not lost weight, dont throw up from it,,nothing,,i almost wonder if its not muscular/skeletal in some way.
i do notice that sitting when it happens makes it worse,if i stand up,,it feels a little better.
