i have a large hard not on the lower right side of my stomach and vomting and much pain

What is the question? I assume you are wondering about the cause.
Lower right sided pain is suspicious for appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, or irritable bowel.
Tests to consider would be a CT scan of the area as well as a colonoscopy.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
