Hi, I'm a nutritionist.  Did you know that the people who usually get gall stones are ones that eat too much greasy foods and saturated fat?  Saturated fat is in all meats (cow, chicken, pig, etc.) and dairy prducts.  I strongly suggest you start eating healthier now.  If your that over weight and your have gall stones at your age, things will only get worse as you age.  Get the book, What Would Jesus Eat, by Dr. Don Colbert, and start eating that way.  It's not as hard as you think and you'll look and feel great.  Good luck!
