stomach pains / sensitive HELP!

ok, for over a month now i've been having this pain on the lower right side of my stomach. it comes and goes. sometimes it's sensitive to the touch. i've had x-rays, a ct scan, an ultrasound and blood work for i don't even know what. it can be a sharp pain but for the most part i'd say it's dull. i don't have any real health insurance which basically means i have no real doctor. i just need someone to help. due to the lack of answers and help i've been getting, i've been highly suicidal lately. HEEEEEEEEEELP! this pain is annoying the hell out of me!

and it doesn't seem to worsen by eating certain foods or anything.

hi! yeah it's right below my ribcage. sometimes it seems like it moves up a little further though and also it kind of hurts on my right side as well. i definetly have shoulder and back pain, which isn't really nothing new. well all the results for everything came back normal which is why im wondering whats going on and extremely frustrated. i thought stones or an ulcer myself but appearently not. i've made numerous trips to the hospital within the past month which is where all these tests were done, the most recent being the ultrasound, but like i said they've found nothing abnormal. they said it could be stress related but im no more stressed then usual. although this has been the most stressful year ive ever had being that i was in a car accident, had a tooth pulled and caught 2 std's...ugh! i realize im not as bad off as some folks are esp. after reading some of the peoples problems on here but im literally going crazy.
i dont know if this has anything to do with it but for about a year or two now and only a half a dozen times i get these severe stomach cramps to where i have to bend over and sit for a few minutes before they go away. i've also had some blood show up in my stool on occasions.

Is it under the ribcage on right side? worse at night? wakes you up? What did the ultra sound show?  any gallstones?  Any back or shoulder pain?  Those all can be signs of gallbladder problems/stones sometimes.....You should get some definite answers or at least rule out certain things by those tests you got.  Who did them?  You need to be evaluated and diagnosed.  I know someone who had right lower pain sensitive to touch and it was gallstones.  These should not be hard to see on an ultra sound.  What did your ultra sound show?  Anything at all?
