stool in hernia

I have had a ct due to diarrrhea for months and it shows stool in my hernia. What kind of surgeon do I need and is it a serious operation. It is in the femoral hernia which i though was a inguinal. I have no pain, just the diarrhea/ Help!!!!!!!!

You need an abdominal surgeon and it is minor operation. Part of intestine, which causes hernia, will be placed properly and eventual muscular clefts sewed. Maybe (less likely) surgeon will want to remove a short part of intestine - but this he should tell you in advance.
