stool problems .. pleasee someone help ...

well for starters im 19 yr old female and have always been healthy .. never had any problems with my health.

i had my yrly checkup at the doctors the beginning of april and everything was great .. right after that i seemed to have been eating fast food at least 2 to 3 times a day and it would be a lot for about 2 weeks

right after i noticed i was constipated and couldnt go to the bathroom and whne i started again aftr like 2 weeks it turned yellow and i it didnt look digested ... for about a month it would be on and off diarhhea or incomplete stools or gas and mucus and weird things like that

might i add that i also felt very sick to my stomach around that time with a major headache and nausea

i went to the doctor and i was schedualed to do an ultrasound for my abdomen to check my gallbladder and a bl0od test to check the functionings of everything and it was still good no serious problems other then a lot of overlying bowel gas nd i did another checkup and my blood pressue was fine

he told me that most likely its because of the fast food i ate which is not good and to eat healthier and drink lots of water and you know all of that

so ive been doin that but also havent been eating cause i dnt want to eat the wrong thing and make nething worse you kno ..

for about 2 to 3 weeks i was still having bowel problems like wen i go it would be diarrhea or gas and mucus or little poop

and i got rly annoyed so i looked aaround the web and found this digesstive wellness number and called and told them about my problem and she told me that if was anything serious it would have showed in the ultrasound and bloodwork and also that because of all the fast food i ate it lowered my enzyme intake for my digestive system and suggested i take digestie enzymes everyday for 2 weeks

i havent gotten them yet but i caled the doctor to ask about them and he told me to come in and talk in person

and i did another checkup my blood pressure was still good he went over my bloodwork and ultrasound with me and told me that its most likely gna take time and to take the digestive enzymes and he also prescribed me something because i still have a lot of indegestion [whcih has been helping me]

since then i have been feeling a lot better

i dont get sick or nauseas in the morning that much nemore and i can still use the bathroom and have those urges but its still not back to normal .. like wen i go now the texture or my stool is gettin better but their still coming out in pieces .. not in wholes and the color is going back to light brown and brown

im still waiting for the digestive enzymes to come in .. but do you guys think it would work? if it doesnt work than i have no idea what im going to doo .. ughh somebody please give me advice and calm me down .. thank you

Your symptoms are very common with IBS. Have you tried Beano for a digestive enzyme? Fairly common and works very well. Also you can try a probiotic to help your digestive system out as well. You would be catergorized as IBS-D, you can google it to get some info on it.
Try the digestive enzyme and perhaps a probiotic and see if it helps out.
