stool xam

since 8 months iam on amaryl m1 for diabetes.approximately from the same time i found pale yellow black berry sized things are floating after bowels,not regularly.foul smell is there.rarely iam getting stomach pain which subsides after antacids.for my 167cm height im weighing 82kg. i thought it may be fat but the coccon shape of it is confusing me.Please answer me.
