strange symptoms and uncontrolable pain

Every time I have BM my rectum bleeds used to be just spotting (I had hemorrhoids, so I thought it was normal) now its gotten much worse. the bleeding has doubled by now and when I have a BM is painful, but the stool is soft. It comes out fast, so I have to try to hold it so it slows down coming out so it doesn't hurt as bad. My diet is moderated by my wife who also suffers from hemorrhoids and hasnt had an episode of flare for a few months now. I keep my self hydrated and I eat healthy for the most part....I don't deny myself a few pleasures of life every rare once in a while.
