surgery for constipation

Hi, I know you had removed all your large intestine, do you have the problem to remove all the poop before surgery, because most of the doctor said it cannot do it if the large intestine have poop (laxative is not working) and what is your condition is  after removal of your colon, I am really appreciate it if you write me your experience. I have severe constipation !
