swollen lymph nodes in upper abs

Just curious if anyone can tell me what causes swollen lymph nodes in upper ab area. Had a CT scan that came back with this result and consultation w/ GI doc isnt until next week.
Started having stomach pain and until the CT was scheduled , my doctor put me on Nexium which has helped alot. (Nexium can also be prescribed for ulcers, also).
Since starting the medicine, my pain in the stomach has stopped for the most part, except for when I lay on my stomach. (Feels like I am laying on a rib bone )
Anyone else with any of these similar symptoms?
