symptoms of h pylori

hi , i have been to see my dr today and i am being tested for h.pyloi , but i dont think any of my symptoms add up to this , so can anyone help ....my symptoms are a tearing pain in the right side of my abdomen on top of my hip bone i have bloating between my belly button andd sternum and occasionally under my left rib , i also have really bad pain right at the bottom of my back , my legs also hurt , i have no nausea or sickness , although i do have a burning throat and tongue , i have no heartburn either , ...help

This wouldn't be typical of h pylori but h pylori can cause many different types of symptoms and it causes different symptoms in different people.
