symptons of hemangioma

I have been having abdominal pain both right and left side and it goes around to the back. I was sent for a CT scan to check for kidney stones. No kidney stones, however, they discovered a hemangioma cyst that is bleeding. Would this be causing my pain? My Eurologist made very light of it and said not to worry and that's not causing my pain. Told me I may be constapated.. I do have a constipation problem, but I don't think I should make light of this cyst either. They said it doubled it size in 4 years..
