terrible pain with nausea

My question is for almost a year now I have had an upper distension. I have terrible pain in my upper stomach and tenderness on the upper left side, along with the pain i get nauseated and the pain radiates thru to my back and i break out in a sweat. i have alot of gas i have had one test which is a colonoscopy no diverticulitis or anything . I am very uncomfertable and it feels like when i am laying on my right side at night and take a deep breath that something is moving on my left side help....i have no insurance and can not afford alot of unnecessary testing. could it be gallbladder or my pancreas? My father and his brother both had aortic anurysms i am sorta scared but too poor to be checked

OMG yes!!!  very classic.  My mother, both my sisters, and I have all had our gallbladders out due to cholestrol stones.

will your gallbladder cause you to have severe gas with nausea  as well..both my sisters had their gallbladder out

it could be gallbladder w/stones causing the pancreas to flare up.  go to the doctor and get it checked out as it's not something to play around with especially if the pain goes through to your back.
