thickening of the colon

i have thickening of the colon what is it. i have crhons also

Thickening of colon in Crohn's (found on CT or x-ray with barium) is from inflammation of a colon wall (maybe someone mentioned a cobblestone appearance).

Another cause is systemic sclerosis, I'm not sure, if, and how often, Crohn's and SS would go together. If any concerns, biopsy (during colonoscopy) would only tell what it is.
