thrombosed hemorrhoid

I am 30 years old , female , i have had hemorrhoids for 15 years and always problems with constipation , well recently i got a thrombosed hemorrhoid and i decided to not have it drained and try to treat it at home first . I've always bleed a little when i go have a bowel movement , and for a few years now i have mucus in my stools . Well since i've had this thrombosed hemorroid i have had bleeding just while sitting here , and when i have a bowel movement , it's bright red blood and i'm just concerned . Do i really need to get a colonoscopy ??? I don't have stomach pain or diarrhea .
