treatments for gastroparesis in esrf/diabetic

My husband is diabetic, insulin dependent and on kidney dialysis.  He suffers from severe gastroparesis symptons being diarrhea and vomiting occurring about every 2 to 3 days.  He used propulsid for years which helped him completely but had to change to reglan when it was removed from the market.  Reglan has not worked; we've been told that there are no other medications which can be used.  He has been placed also on erythromycen but nothing has helped as yet.  With diabetes and dialysis, his diet is extremely difficult to control.  Would like to know if there are any medications, procedures or whatever to help him out?
