tremors

I've had tremors for as long as I can remember...fine tremors mostly in the hands.

At some point I read somewhere that taking B12, Folic Acid, Magnesium, and
Calcium might help.

To my suprise it did help a lot. I almost immediately noticed a decrease in the
tremors....they still surface but don't seem as bad....I started taking the B-12
sublingual.

I then read a bit and I'm wondering if I might have B12 deficiency...is this something
I should be tested for....?? Can I adequately stop the tremors by just taking vitamins
or diet?

Also, I had Pyloric Stenosis as a child and I wonder if that might effect the absorption
of vitamins? Could that be related?? Are there any studies looking at malabsorption in
adults who had pyloric stenectomy as a child?

I'm a 39 year old male.....

Thanks very much.
