ulcer or what

i've been having gi problems for two months now partly due to ativan withdrawal.the symptoms are like that of an ulcer.very gassy and painful pressure in solar plexus.i've had a colonoscopy.[came back clean]fecal test for blood and pylori[clean]bloodtest[all clean] i never see blood in my stool etc.. but it seems that everything i eat or drink turns to gas right under breastbone.i know one of the symptoms of benzo withdrawal is gastro disturbances but i think it might be more.i am very stressed about my w/d pains. i was hypersensitive to ativan i used for sleep would get stomach pains as soon as it wore off so i quit cold turkey and going through hell.. and dont know what to think.please help
