ulcers, h pylori and fatigue

I was just diagnosed as having 2 ulcers. I have not learned as yet their locations and won't know for a few days whether or not h pylori is involved. I have been put on Nexium and taken off Piroxicam for arthritis. I have 2 questions:
1) Is fatigue or feeling tired related to either condition and
2) Are there any alternative medications for arthritis other than NSAIDS The Piroxicam really seemed to work- I took it for 2 years without any problems.
