unable to digest leaf vegetables

My mother is unable to digest leafy vegetables like spinach and coriander.  She is also unable to digest vegetables with seeds like ladies finger and bitter gourd.  If she eats any of them she gets affected by dysentry within an hour.  

She is 50 years old now.  Do we have any medicine for this problem?  Or its due to her age and she has to avoid these type of food hereafter.

It sounds like she could have something like diverticulitus, IBS or IBD.  She should see an internist or gastrointerologist.
