under breast pain

For about 3 years I have had these same problems. The pain comes mostly under my left breast and sometimes in the middle of my chest. The pain starts under my left breast, then moves to my back and left arm
I have been to a heart doctor, a gastrologist, you name it. I have been in the hospital several times for these pains and they can't find anything. I also have stomach bloating, and cramps. What they have found out is that I have a hiatal hernia, but no other explanation. Sometimes it feels like I'm dying. I've had an upper and lower GI. I've been told I have IBS but that's about it, no kind of treatments, only medication for heartburn. I hardly ever have heartburn pain with these symptoms. I've had test on my gallbladder, kidney's, you name it, I've had it. But what I don't have, is answers.
Is there anyone out there that has an answer. Is there a doctor out there that would know anything about this???
Also, I have problems going to the restroom. Maybe once a week or two weeks, am I able to have a bowel movement. And when I do, I feel nauseated and I feel as though I'm going to faint.

I pray someone has answers for me or at least can put me on the right track.
