undiagnosed low mid right quadrant pain

looking for suggestions. I developed lower right quadrant pain about two years ago with the onset of constipation.before that i was diagnosed with ibs-d, so the change to  constipation was strange to me. Despite multiple tests, catscans, anorectal testing, ultrasound, colonoscopy and pelvic diagonostic laparoscopy, the only thing found  was in the lap, showing a slightly dialated and stiff middle section of my appendix. My pain feels like a sore in my belly or colon. add to that 4 months ago an ultrasound showed a mildly dilated gallbladder and a recent one now shows a diffuse thickened gallbladder no stones, passed HIDA test/ So here I am still in pain, lower right side and now mid to upper pain probably from my gallbladder. I need help but no longer know who to go to. My GI doc thinks I have IBS d, with some skeletal muscle pain in the lower right and I am about to have another ultrasound (two weeks after the diffuse gallbladder findings ) to see if my gallbladder is better. I amlso have pain in my back lower right to mid right!!! which ti me feeld like renal pain.

who/where/what should i do to resolve these issues

All I know isd that my nelly on the right side always hurtd, from low to now mid to high.

I have exactly the same symptoms, low to middle right quadrant pain which started off a constipation. I was also diagnosed with ibs-d before this started. All they would offer me is an ultrasound (which showed swollen mesenteric and inguinal nodes, fluid on pelvis, enlarged right ovary and indistinct borders on left ovary) but nothing that really explains the bowel pain. They tried to give me a sigmoidoscopy but they had to cut it short because i was in intense pain with my right lower quadrant. I'd love to know if you ever found out the cause of your pain? This post is a long time ago so i won't hold my breath!

Maybe diverticulitus? My mother after eating just about anything has really bad pain from diverticulitus.
