undiagnosed stomach related condition

Hello!

On the start of January 2010 I experienced very strange (never before) symptoms relating stomach pain and nausea. It all started before New Year, I got mild pain for 1 week (only at night) in my stomach and I was taking Reglan night after night until 4th of January when I experienced very bad nausea (but I could not throw up) and stomach pain. I went to the ER (at 4 am) and they just put me shot of Spasmex. Seems like nothing helped. I was drinking Reglan, Ranatadine, Spasmex, Omeprazol and dozen of drugs which unfortunately have just worsen my condition. I was desperate for help and I went on ultrasound of my abdomen. Nothing was found except a little inflammation of my gallbladder (caused by stress). 2 hours before the ultrasound I was given shot of Eglonyl. Eglonyl made my nausea go away completely. Unfortunately after 3 hours (I guess the effect of medication was over) my nausea came back and I was so desperate. The doctor only gave me Amoxiciline, the same night I woke up at night with bad nausea and I could not sleep. Next day I want to the clinics and I was given infusion of Be...somthing and after 2 days seems like my nausea was getting better. My stomach pains dissappeared at start of February (after 1 month). I was OK for 3 months and I made tests for unexplained fever (37.5 C when I get tired), and I found raised level of Indirect/Direct billirubins and a total of 50 (13 normal referenced value), the unconjugated billirubin was like 43) but the doctors said it is nothing since my enzymes were in normal ranges (I made tests of all possible Hepatitis they turned out negative, also thyroid hormonal test negative). I was desperate for my eleveated body temperature and decided to made further tests (thanks to SurgiMenopause), I was found CMV IGG. I read that they were antibodies and my organism has successfully destroyed CMV. I don't know whether CMV caused my stomach pains and nausea.

Two weeks ago again mild nausea appeared with no stomach pains (Again Reglan did not helped so I was suffering for 5 days). My nausea stopped after 5 days (I had constipation those days), but now yesterday when I was eating (at evening) I was feeling so full I think my stomach would explode (I was eating a salad of tomatoes and cucumber and cheese). Today again I experience stomach pain on left (2 inches diagonally off my belly button). I have gasses (but they does not smell bad), I am also belching (again no bad smell).

My ultrasound showed prostate, liver, stomach everything OK, except "dense blurred material floating in my gallbladder". I have also sometimes jaundice and yellow in my eyes.

Personally I do not know whether gallbladder could cause gasses and all that stuff, I am linking this to my stomach(but I am not sure).

I am 19 years old male and I was so healthy before that now I was starting to experience panic attacks and anxiety from fear of undiagnosed diseases. Please help.

Any advice, tip is very appreciated.
