upper abdominal pain and gas

by grandmaQ, Jan 21, 2008 02:36PM
Regardless of what I eat, I have gas all day every day.  I take gas ex daily and that helps.
I also have a chronic pain in the upper right abdomen, just under the rib cage.  The pain
almost feels like I have a hot prickly ball inside of me.  I had my gallbladder checked several years ago when I was having severe pain attacks from that same region.  The Dr. said that nothing was wrong.  I have endured this pain for about 8 years.  The gas problem was occuring on and off - but, is now constant.  Like I said, regardless of my diet, I have this problem.  Any ideas?
