upper abdominal pain

upper abdominal pain

hello.  i am a 29 year old male who started experiencing upper abdominal pain about three days ago.  it started as being mild to moderate and intermittent to being constant and severe.  i don't have a fever and i haven't been vomiting.  the only thing that seems to help is to lean forward.  do you think this could be pancreatis (pancreatitis)?  i had my gall bladder removed about 7 years ago, so it shouldn't be that.

Hello,

Have you considered Reflux?

I would ask the Dr his/her advice.
