upper left back pain.right shoulder pain.

Ive had some weird symptoms for a while now upper left back pain this morning  with severe nausea. right shoulder pain .. a little stomach pain  ..cant move the right arm much. seems to be joint pain .just got over a months worth of pac arithmias. 5 to 8 a min. they seem to have diminished out of the blue..Thank God..I need Help. Im in and out Of the ER  rooms...Docs  say dont worry ...Tests done.. EKGS all normal but one borderline because of pacs. EKGs done after that was normal ekgs.many of them. Troponin T was 0.03... Cpk neg.. Ckmb neg..Xray neg..CHEMESTRY  Normal the only thing I saw wrong was the red blood count was Low.. hemetocric was borderline low..14.0 as was the Hemoglobin almost low..   White counts ok. 6.5.... monocytes were about one level before high.thats about it could this be my gallblater? or heart?...just had a laposcopic apendectomy 5 months ago.    Thank you kevin
