upper left epigastric pain

upper left epigastric pain

I am a 40 year old female who had her Gall Bladder out last year.  The pain with the gallbladder presented on the left side and I am told that is uncommon.  About 6 months after the surgery i went back to the Doctor for the same pain.  He did several enzeme test and blood tests.  All came back normal.  He also did a CT scann of the pain area.  He looked at the Pancreas and the radiologist did see Calicifications in the Pancreas, I believe they mentioned 5 of these along with a couple of the liver and that they had not changed since the CT I had before surgery.  Now again the pain is back.  Upper left as usual.  there is some Left back & side pain and I have fatigue.  There is one specific spot that if i press on it it REALLY hurts (right directly below the Sternum)  I don't have Diarrhea or Consitpation.  I do have nausea before I eat and after, pressure or fullness with the smallest of meals.  I also have a "grassey" taste in my mouth and no Doctor thinks that is a bit strange (I sure do)  I have had some weight loss.  My eyes are not yellow.  I am at my wits end in trying to get someone to listen to me that something is not right.  Can you give me so insight or a path to explore so I can feel better?
