upper left quadrant pain in my abdomen

I am a 31 year old woman and I have been having excrutiating pain in my left upper abdomen, I have had an upper gi, colonoscopy, ultrasound, hidascan and a ct of my abdomen and every thing is coming back fine....I am frustrated because the drs cant find anything on the test so they want to give up! I am in a lot of pain and have been for a long time. I have other symptoms also and I am not sure if they are related but I have fuzziness in my head and some mild pain across the top and right side of my abdomen some bloating also fatigue. I feel like my abdomen has the flu, not me just my abdomen it feels warm inside sometimes and that is when I feel fatigued the most. I am not sure what to do can it be an infection that they missed or does it sound like anything you reconize. I really am desparate to find answers it has been two months now and I am not sure how much more I can handle....Please help me if you can.
