upper right abd pain radiating to back x,s 4 months

I AM A 56 Y/O FEMALE WITH CONSTANT UPPER RIGHT ABD PAIN RADIATING TO MY BACK. HAD A HIDA SCAN AND WAS ALLERGIC TO THE CHOLECYSTOLZINEIN OCTAPETIDE. MY SYMPTOMS OF SINUS TACYCARDIA .WHICH LASTED 30 MIN. THEY COULD NOT COMPLETE THE EJECTION TEST BUT SENT ME TO A SURGEON WHO STATED THAT IT WAS UP TO ME IF I WANTED TO HAVE THE SURGERY. TO REMOVE MY GALLBLADDER. I CAN"T TOLERATE THIS PAIN ANY LONGER AND I HAVE ALSO TRIED THE GALLBLADDER FLUSHES WITH NO LUCK. BY THE WAY I HAVE NO STONES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
