upper right pain and high liver enzimes

i have been haveing problems for over 10 years and have had alot of pain. i finally had my gall bladder removed but pain didnt go away. they did mri scans alrosounds and it didnt show anything finally went in with scope and found a gall stone in my bile duct. they removed it and about a year later pain was back and they did all the same test and found nothing so had to go back in again and found my bile duct was scared over on the end that went into the stomach so had the blockagae opened and i still never felt right well that was a year ago and ended up in the emergancy room and all they could find was elavated liver emzimes very elevated. they did a biopsly about 2 years ago and had a fatty liver but the number went back to normal after the blockages were opened. i went to my normal doctor and he did another liver test and the test was better all but one of the numbers but it wasnt real bad . he said he wanted to check it again in two week and did that the other day and now they are really high again. i do not drink did when i was younger i am only about 5 pounds over weight i dont smoke i have been tested for aids negative i was tested for hepitis negative i have a appt with a diagestive doctor jan 12 but i dont fell good and this pain is terriable. I am just sick and tired for years my doctor told me he thought i was just depressed and wanted me to take antideppressants but i knew that wasnt what it was they just wouldnt listen to me. doesne anyone have any idea what could be going on? I know i have to go through all those test again my doctor thinks stones cause of the test he thought i passed stones but now my liver count is high again.could i still be passing more stones. do they grow that fast they were just in there a year ago. im really worried about my bile duct being invaded so much. my grandmother died of pancreatic cancer so im really worried about it this time. the pain is the worst pain i had ever  beared and i have had a child hes a adult now but the pain was worse then that. any ideas on what could be going on?
