Infection would be the most reasonable possibility.
A urinalysis and culture can be obtained to rule this out. Any infection can be treated with the appropriate antibiotics.
Obtaining blood tests looking at the kidney function, or looking at the urine under a microscope, can all be considered if the symptoms continue.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
