using Suppositories is this O.k?

I use suppositories to have bowel movements in the morning, if I don't, I really don't feel comfortable through out the day.

They really help me, is it o.k to use? I don't abuse them, I just really need themin the morning or I feel gassy and bloated all day.

Is there a reason why I need them like I do?

after I use them in the morning I have a good bowel movement if I don't do it I am reaaly bloated and feeld gross.

It isnt good to use any type of laxative that often.Include more fiber, and fluid intake,if your really having problems go to your dr could be ibs and there are meds to help that.I found yogurt helps me alot,and gas x helps with the bloating gassy feeling.

Not a good idea to use sup or any kind of laxative daily,you become dependant on it and eventually it may not even work.
How old are you?
Ducolax sup is not safe,FDA at one time was considering taking it off the market due to cancer risk.
Eat a bowl of Bran every morning,it will do the job.Not the Bran flakes but the 100% Bran.

Ask your doctor about IBS....if you have to use a suppository to go to the bathroom it is not normal. You might need to be on a high fiber diet like me
