vagal rectal pain?

I am not sure what you may call this. I have read some some of the forums. I see that some of my systems are the same. I am almost 52 yrs. I alsoam wakend in the early hours of the morning. But, i dont have a bowel movement. it is an intense aggraviting spasm like pain. when it first begin, I thought that i needed to have a bm. I still sit when it happens but all I get is aggraviting spasm like pain. I dont know weither to be worried or not. I would like to know how old some of these other women are. since going through menapause and have had chest pains that my doctor says is related to anxiety and heart burn. The experts say that women's s/s are different. I dont know to be worried or not..
