vaginal ulers on opening

i have ulcerated colitis and within the last 9 mths have been suffering with many bleeding tears,had biops done 6weeks ago had to have to another opinion,iam very worried about this iam 42 years old had my insides removed all but one ovarery.my doctor believes these are ulcers is this true and if so what can be done.any help would be great
