villous adenoma with focal high-grade dysplasia

by jackofalltrades889, Dec 19, 2008 02:50PM
How soon should I have another colonoscopy? I had a 3cm polyp removed from the rectum. It only invaded the mucosa, not the submucosa, and not the muscularis layer. The pathology report diagnosis is as follows: Large villous adenoma with focal high-grade dysplasia. negative for malignancy (see comments) COMMENTS: Due to fragmentation, integrity of margin can not be evaluated. correlation would be helpful. How close am I  to having colorectal cancer? Should I be concerned.
