vomiting and stomach pain

Hi

i'd appreciate some opinions. i'm a 27 yr old female.  i've never been pregnant or had unprotected sex.

For the past year i have been experiencing unspecific abdominal pain.  Its sometimes sharp and sometimes dull.  It can cause me to pass a motion and then often leads to diarrhea.  When it is sharp it leads to wretching and then vomiting.
It often happens in the mornings and evenings, or walking up stairs or after sitting for a long time, but sometimes it seems random. I seem to be less able to eat big meals without feeling sick.
The pain is relieved by bending over, or sitting down. at times i wonder if its related to anxiety but i dont have a major problem with anxiety and i wouldnt think vomiting when anxious is common.

i have been to my GP and he did tests for ovarian cancer, ulcers, caeliac - all appeared ok.

i have an umbilical hernia which i got checked out when i was 16 (10 years ago) and the surgeon said it was small and didnt need fixed.  I wonder could this be the cause?
i was on roaccutaine for acne last year and wonder is it the trigger?
I am taking yasmin contraceptive pill and i wonder could this be the cause?
my mum needed her gall bladder removed when she was approx 30- could this be something similar?
i have psoriasis but it is not a problem at the minute.
i have noticed in the past year i have been gettingsores inside the tip of my nose too, could this be in any way related?
i travelled to asia four years ago and i wonder could i have picked up something there that has lay dormant?

i appreciate your advice, I experience this pain 4-5 times a day and i'm worried it will start to have an impact on my ability to work. (i am a psychologist)

thanks
m

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend you see a gastroenterologist about this.  It sounds like you need some more tests, perhaps a colonoscopy, to determine what is going on.
