vomiting with bowel movement

My husband has been sick for 9 months now.Every time he has a bowel movement he gets nausea,vomits bile, and has pain on the left lower abdomen.He has had a colonoscopy,endoscopy,barium enema,stomach emptying study,MRI,CT scans,bloodwork(all normal).They checked his liver,pancreas,heart,took biopsies of stomach and intestine(negative),checked for hiatal hernia,and gluten allergies(negative),kidneys,gallbladder was removed 6 years ago after he was sick with the same symptoms.He tells me he was sick also when he was in high school but it went away. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks
