what can i do

i constantly have a constant odor coming from my rectum area. I bathe twice a day if not more depending on the smell and I'm constantly using feminine wipes and sprays to try to mask the smell nothing works. It's becoming very embarassing I cant go to church no one will sit by me. At work no one wants to work next to me. Hell I'm to scared to go out on dates. What can I do for this? I've gone to gas doctors, stomache doctors, women doctors. I'm out of answers please help?

You may have a leaky rectum.  This is usually related to chronic and severe constipation.  The type that's referred to as "fecal impaction.". When this happens,  there is a large amount of feces inside the rectum itself.  And liquid feces leaks out around the solid, hard, impacted feces.  Sometimes there's no color.  But there is plenty of odor.

As long as you have regular bowel movements and take good showers.  You should have no more problems.  But some issues of odor are related to not wiping good enough.  Most people really have to wipe several times after a bowel movement.  And its best to use water with the toilet paper until you can't see anymore feces on the toilet paper.  Once you can't see anymore feces on the toilet paper, then follow up with 50% rubbing alcohol a couple times or  use peroxide.  If you are having cramps, abdominal pain, or if you see blood in the stool.  Or if you have blood leaking from your rectum, see a doctor immediately.
