what causes intestinal gurgle and large amount of gasgas

For the past few months i have been experiencing gurgling like sounds in my intestines. It feels like food dropping from level to level in my stomach. Then its followed my waves of pain , gas, and long skinny bowel movements and sometimes straight water out of my rectum. Its mainly right after i eat. Even after eating i still feel hungry. I am tired of feeling like crap all the time. Can someone please tell me qhat is going on here?

I would get to the doctor asap.  With symptoms of that nature- you should get checked out.  It doesn't sound like you are able to hold anything in and probably are not getting the nutrients you need.
